Jason Ridinger

Jason is responsible for various aspects of the firm's strategy, team, and operations across RhinoFin Consulting's global network. He leads the firm in its mission to deliver the best client results in the management consulting industry.

​Jason’s past roles include Sr. Vice President for Private Wealth within Branch Banking and Trust, Vice President, and Sr Relationship Manager for Merrill Lynch Investments. Prior to serving in his role in the financial services industry, Jason was the Vice President and Director of Construction for Portrait Homes Southeast Division, where he oversaw the operations of several multi-million dollar construction developments.

Jason specializes in working with corporations, small businesses, and entrepreneurs involving strategy, growth, cost reduction, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness.

​Jason currently serves on various boards including The Roanoke Valley Leadership Series, where he is Chairman. He serves on the Board of The Fellowship of Christian Athletes at Virginia Tech. He is involved in international and local missions within his church. When away from work Jason enjoys his family time with his wife Angela and their three children Evan, Ava, and Ella.
